Yes. While we're based in Swords, we work with clients across Ireland via remote workshops and calls. For in-person phases, we travel to client sites nationwide — travel costs for engagements outside Co. Dublin are agreed in advance and included in your project quote.
Most engagements run four to eight weeks from kick-off to handover, depending on the tier and the complexity of your current setup. Foundation engagements typically complete in three to four weeks. Enterprise engagements with multi-brand scope can run up to twelve weeks.
No. Some of our clients come to us before making their first content hire — in that case, we build the system architecture first and help define the roles they need to recruit. Others have five or more writers already in place and need the operation structured around them.
A kick-off call, access to your existing content assets and tools (read-only is fine for the discovery phase), and one primary stakeholder who can make decisions. We handle the rest. Discovery takes two weeks and doesn't require significant time from your team.
